1. Who this service is for

GlitchMath is an educational platform for students in grades 4 through 12. A parent or legal guardian creates the account, sets up each child's player profile and is responsible for all activity that happens under the account, including keeping the parent PIN and sign-in credentials secure.

Children do not have their own logins. If you are under 13, you may use GlitchMath only through a profile created and managed by your parent or legal guardian.

2. The subscription

Every family gets its first cheat code or guide unlock free. After that, unlocking new guides and using paid features (boss rematches for missed concepts and tips, where the parent allows them) requires an active family pass.

The family pass costs $2.99 per week, billed in advance through Stripe, and covers every player profile under one parent account. Your subscription renews automatically each week until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in the Parents area; access continues through the end of the period you already paid for and then stops.

Payments, billing disputes and refunds are handled by Stripe. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@glitchmath.com.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: attempt to bypass the challenge or paywall rules (including manipulating grades, scores or unlock counts); scrape, resell or redistribute guide content; upload unlawful, harmful or inappropriate content; or interfere with the service's operation or other users.

Guide content is provided for personal, family use only. Commercial reuse, redistribution or republishing of GlitchMath content is not permitted.

4. Game content and trademarks

GlitchMath is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Supercell, Epic Games, Roblox Corporation, Innersloth, Mojang Synergies AB, Rockstar Games, or their respective affiliates. All game titles, trademarks and brand names mentioned are the property of their respective owners.

GlitchMath is not a hack, mod or cheat tool. Cheat codes listed are only those published by the game makers themselves; other content consists of strategy guides, tips and gameplay knowledge. We do not guarantee that any game publisher's features, game modes or rewards will remain available or unchanged.

5. Educational disclaimer

GlitchMath is a practice and motivation tool, not a school curriculum or tutoring service. We do not guarantee any academic result, grade improvement or mastery of any topic. Math questions are generated with AI and reviewed for accuracy, but errors can occur; report any wrong question to support@glitchmath.com.

6. Availability and changes

We may add, change or remove games, guides, topics and features at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlitchMath is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
